COMPANY HISTORY

East Tennessee Realty Services is a locally owned and operated Real Estate Company.
The company was established by Roy Roderick in 1977 as Strout Realty.
Ralph joined the office in 1981.
In 1995 the company name was changed to Roy Roderick Realty.
In 2004 Ralph Roderick purchased the company from Roy and changed the name to
                                                              East Tennessee Realty Services.
This family-oriented company has proudly served the East Tennessee area with all aspects of a buyer's and seller's real estate needs offering personalized service to each and every customer!
                               In November 2009, Roy was lost to lung cancer and is no longer with us.

Ralph is a member of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors and participates in the multiple listing service for Tennessee/Virginia Regional MLS. The office advertises in the Greeneville Realtors Parade of Homes, local and numerous out-of-state newspapers and on the internet through the company web site (www.etrs.us) to provide world wide advertising to customers.
